5 minute Chocolate Mug Cake

Put in mug and whip well with a fork.
1 egg

Put in mug, then stir well.
4 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
4 tablespoons sugar
Add to mug and mix well to remove lumps.
4 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons cocoa 

Add, then stir again. 
3 tablespoons chocolate chips 
1 tsp. vanilla

Place mug in microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. 
(Our 1100 Watt microwave cooked this in 2 minutes.)
I used a 12 oz. mug and it had room to rise, while allowing space for a scoop of ice cream once it finished.
