Sweet Party Chex Mix

1 box corn chex
1/2 lb bulk salted peanuts
1/2 lb chopped walnuts

cook on stove:
1 1/2 cubes butter or margarine
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup karo syrup (the clear syrup, not the dark)

stir and bring to a full boil.  Time full boil exactly 2 minutes.  Pour over chex/nut mixture and mix.

Spread it out on wax paper while it cools, so it doesn't cool into one big blob.  lol

This is really, really good.
