Multi-Grain Snack Balls


Great for between meal snacking - Makes 40

Mix well with a spoon:
1/2 c. oat bran
1/2 c. wheat bran
1/2 c. cooked oats
3/4 c. cooked brown rice
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg white
1 c. chopped almonds
1 c. sunflower seeds

*Shape into small balls and place on a parchment lined cookie pan. ( I used a meat ball scoop.) 

*Bake at 350' for 10-12 min. - or until slightly golden on the bottom.
