Pumpkin Bread Cookies


4 cups flour
2 cups oatmeal
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon (heaping)
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup butter softened
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 (16 ounce) canned pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla

Combine first 5 dry ingredients.  In a mixing bowl cream butter with sugars, then add egg vanilla and pumpkin.  Now add the dry ingredient mixture.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes

icing:
1 (3 ounce) cream cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
2 TB milk
1 tsp vanilla
add powdered sugar until it's the right consistency
