2 c. sugar
3 T. baking Cocoa
1/2 c. Milk
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter
3 c. rolled oats
1)Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. I just put pieces of
waxed paper on the table.
2) Mix Sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in a medium sized
saucepan. Cook on medium heat, JUST till it starts to bubble around the edges.
Time for 1 minute. NO LONGER or cookies will be dry!
3) Remove from heat, add Peanut butter and vanilla, stir
till pb is melted mostly then stir in Oats.
4) Drop by spoonful onto waxed paper. I do very small
cookies, like teaspoon size cookies. For a couple of reasons, 1. kids, 2.
bite sized, 3. you get more cookies this way!!! :)
