Frank Turley's Healthy Cookies

3 C. applesauce
1 C. fructose
4 C. ripe bananas
5 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
4 C. whole wheat flour I ground
5 C. oatmeal
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 C. cubed papaya
1 C. golden raisins/1 C Cranraisins
1.5 C. sunflower seeds
1.5 C. pumpkin seeds

Stir in applesauce, fructose & banana
Add eggs and vanilla
Mix flour, oat, salt, baking p. & s.
Put two mixtures together
Add papaya, raisins and seeds

Place 2" apart

Bake 6-8 minutes at 375 degrees

Use a fork to flatten mound before cooking.  Won't cook down like those with butter in.

You can use what fruit, seeds or nuts you like or have in it.  I like the ones listed above plus cut up fresh apples.

You may have to thicken to consistency for cookies by adding oats or flour if the mixture is too thin on the recipe that I changed too.

I brought some without the fructose.  Just the fruit and seeds are enough sweetness for me but I don't know how you would like it.   Some of you might want to see what they taste like without fructose.   I sometimes use stevia or xylitol to sweeten.  I also like to use raw sugar in place of sugar.
