Pumpkin Pie - Best EVER!


Put in blender:
1 cup milk
2/3 cup canned evaporated milk
2 eggs
2 cup pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1 tsp vanilla

Blend.  Pour into pie crust.  2 blenders will make 3 pies.
Put in oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.  Then reduce heat to 350 and cook for 45 more minutes.  If you are wanting it to be healthier, use skim milk and skim evaporated milk.  You can also substitute 12 packages of equal for the sugar, if you want a sugar free pie.   :)
