PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 cup marshmallow crème
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Boil sugar and milk together for 3.5-4 minutes (Soft ball stage)
Beat it into the marshmallow crème, peanut butter and vanilla mixture
Spoon very quickly into buttered 9x9 pan  (It sets up very fast)
Cool. cut into squares.

To test for soft ball stage, drop a teaspoon full of syrup into bowl of cold water and try to form a soft ball with your fingers.  If you can, it's done.  Don't let it get to hard ball stage.
