I've had taco soup before and don't know if this
recipe has been sent out, but I was asked to make some for a wedding reception
and I think it's the best I've ever tasted. I wanted to send it out.
2-3 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
* or one can of chicken
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can red kidney beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 can green chili
1 package taco seasoning
1 large chopped onion
1 can corn
1 can 8 oz tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can El Pato
1 cup water
Cook onion with chicken or just brown it if using canned meat. Add all
the rest and simmer for 15 minutes or so. Serve with sour cream, grated
cheese, tortilla chips, and salsa.
