Yield: One cookie sheet size pizza, serves about 6
Ingredients:
1 Pizza crust
(homemade 1/2 wheat, 1/2 white flour)
½ C. Duck Sauce or Plum Sauce
½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
8 slices Provolone Cheese, thin
½ Red Bell Pepper, sliced thin
1 TBSP Canola Oil
2 TBSP Tamari
2 tsp Tabasco
1 TBSP Peanut Butter
2 tsp Grill Seasoning
4 Chicken Breasts
4 Green Onions, chopped
1 C. Bean Sprouts
1 handful Cilantro, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Bake pizza crust 10
minutes. Top with duck sauce. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, cheese and bell
peppers. Return to oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is brown and bubbly.
Combine oil, tamari, peanut butter, hot sauce and seasoning. Coat chicken and
let stand 10 minutes. Preheat grill pan, cook chicken 5 minutes each side until
done. Cut into thin strips. Top pizza with chicken, green onion, bean sprouts
and cilantro.
