Creamy Italian Chicken

4-6 boneless, frozen chicken breasts
1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
1/2 cup water

Cook in crockpot with no other moisture for 6 hours on low (can spray crockpot lightly with pam).  Then mix and add:

8 oz. package of cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup  (cream of mushroom works as well)

Let cook 1 more hour.  Shred the chicken mixture before serving over rice, noodles, or potatoes.
