Pork Chops and Potatoes

I've had this recipe for years and we love it.

3-4 potatos peeled and sliced.  (
Basically you use about 1 potato per pork chop unless you think your family will like more...)   

layer in 9 x 13 pan, salt and pepper them.

Mix 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of water.  Pour over potatoes.
(If you use more potatoes, you'll need more soup).

Brown 3 pork chops and place on top of potatoes.  Bake at 350 for 80-90 minutes.
