Turkey Chowder

2T Butter or margarine
2T flour
2 cups Turkey broth from turkey carcass Or Chicken broth or milk
2 Cups Cheese, cubed (I use Velveeta)
2 Cups cooked turkey (dark meat works best)
2 Cups cooked potatoes, sliced
10 oz pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 packet Chicken bouillon granules (I use top Ramen)
1/2 t Instant minced onion
1/4 t Chinese hot mustard
1 T Oyster sauce

Cook turkey carcass and retain 2 cups broth, or use other broths or milk. Melt Butter in a large saucepan, add flour and make a thick paste. Add broth and cheese. Cook and stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens. Add all of the other ingredients. Cook until vegetables are tender. Serve
