SPINACH FRUIT SALAD

2 Bags of spinach (or 1 bag spinach and 1 romaine)
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (15oz.) can mandarin oranges
1/2 red onion, sliced thinly
1/2 cup almonds, sliced and toasted
2 cups strawberries, sliced

DRESSING
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbs. sesame seeds
1 tbs. poppy seeds
1/4 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup wine vinegar

Mix dressing and chill for at least 4 hours (or overnight). Combine salad ingredients and pour dressing to taste when you are ready to serve.
