Chicken recipe and Chunky Avocado Dip

I think you could eat them with any type of taco/tortilla.  We had flour tortillas, so we would put a stripe of refried beans on the tortilla, then the chicken on top, and then top that with the dip.  You could add lettuce or salsa or cheese if you want.  Roll up your burrito.  So very good.

Put these into Crockpot:

5 lbs chicken
16 oz bottle of Italian salad dressing
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder

Cook on high for 4-5 hours (until you can shred it with 2 forks).


Chunky Avocado Dip

1 small can diced green chili
1 cup sliced olives
3 large avocados (chopped into chunks)
4-6 green onions (chopped into rounds)
4 large tomatoes (chopped into chunks)

Dressing:
2 TBSP oil
1 ½ TBSP red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste

Serve with Tortilla chips

(You can add more tomatoes or olives to make it stretch further)
